Booking Policy

1. Booking & Payment

· Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

· Payment includes all processing fees there are no hidden costs.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

· Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice are fully refundable. Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Stripe. More information on Stripe’s processing times can be found on their website.

· Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your appointment once (see Rescheduling).

· If you do not attend your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be offered.

3. Rescheduling

· Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled via the original booking link.

· Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

4. Late Arrivals

· Please arrive on time, as sessions are carefully scheduled.

· If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion. No refunds will be provided for reduced session time due to lateness.

5. Preparing for Your Session

To ensure the most accurate color analysis:

· No fake tan – please allow it to fade completely before your appointment.

· No makeup – you may arrive without makeup, or I will provide gentle wipes for removal before we begin.

· No jewellery – please remove all jewellery before we start the session, as it can affect the color analysis process.

6. Location & Studio Etiquette

· Your session will take place in my private home studio in Lower Hutt, near stokesvalley . The full address will be provided upon booking.

· Please do not bring additional guests unless agreed with me prior to your appointment, as this is a personalized 1:1 experience.

7. Health & Well-being

· If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.

· In the rare case that I need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

8. Gift Vouchers & Transfers

· Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

· If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to someone else please notify me at least 48 hours in advance, they will need to honour your original booked time.
