Welcome to colors by shiv. By booking a color analysis session or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment.
1. Service Scope & Limitations
· Your color analysis session is a personalised recommendation based on professional assessment. Results are subjective and may vary based on personal style preferences, and other factors.
· Color analysis does not constitute professional dermatological, medical, or hairdressing advice. We recommend consulting relevant professionals for specialised concerns.
2. Booking, Payment & Cancellations
· Full payment is required at the time of booking.
· Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed through Stripe and processing times may vary.
· Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
· No-shows will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
· If you need to reschedule, appointments outside of 48 hours can be rescheduled via the original booking link.
· If rescheduling within 48 hours, you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
4. Late Arrivals
· Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
· If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. No refunds will be provided for lost session time due to lateness.
5. Preparation & Client Responsibilities
To ensure the most accurate color analysis results:
· No fake tan – Please ensure all fake tan is fully removed before your session.
· No makeup – Makeup will be removed before the session (wipes will be provided).
· No jewellery – Please remove all jewellery before the session.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
· Any personal information collected during booking (e.g., name, email, contact details) will be used solely for communication, appointment scheduling, and marketing (if opted in).
· We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
· Payment processing is securely handled via Stripe; we do not store or process credit card details directly.
7. Liability Disclaimer
· Find My Colors NZ is not responsible for dissatisfaction with color analysis results, as personal perception and application of recommendations may vary.
· We are not liable for any allergic reactions to makeup removal products or fabric materials used during the session.
· Clients are responsible for their own style choices following the session.
8. Gift Vouchers & Transfers
· Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
· Appointments can be transferred to another person with at least 48 hours’ notice, the new client will need to honour the original booking time.
9. Force Majeure
· In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, emergencies), Colorsbyshiv reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. Clients will be offered a new date or a full refund.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
· These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
